Lomb Corner

Lomb Corner is a new residential project developed by GEOS Group Hungary, which is available with a handover this year and a favorable 10/90 payment plan. We are building our new apartment building at Lomb utca 13 in a dynamically developing part of the 13th district, in a block bordered by Lomb utca-Petneházy utca-Teve utca and Fáy utca. The new 9-story residential park is not only a modern residential building externally, but also characterized by the use of quality materials in its composition. We have given its facade modern features, which will undoubtedly be one of the central motifs of its surroundings. We intend to strengthen the sustainability of the new residential park with modern mechanical solutions. Heat retention is ensured with modern windows and doors and 20 cm thick wall insulation. Modern energy-saving lighting and electrical systems, and selective waste management play a central role during operation. In addition to all this, we are developing a heat pump heating system with ceiling cooling and heating. The thermal inertia of the building structure ensures a pleasant summer climate for the apartments, and with the planned mechanical systems we intend to solve not only the heating of the building, but also its summer cooling. In addition to the use of renewable energies, the low energy consumption of the mechanical and electrical systems planned for the building is key. The sizes of the new apartments for sale range from 30m2 to 140m2. The orientation of the apartments on the floors is East-South-West, the lighting and orientation of each apartment are optimal, there is no apartment with a north orientation in the residential building. A green area and an interior garden will be created in the inner courtyard.
